If you are employed on a yacht that is in America or is travelling to the US at any point, you are required to hold a valid B1/B2 visa. Not sure? Get in touch and we will confirm for you.
The interview waiver allows eligible renewal applicants to skip the in-person consulate interview. As of October 2025, you must be renewing within 12 months of your visa's expiry date, and your previous visa must have been issued at full validity. Not everyone qualifies, but we check this for every client.

You will complete our secure intake form, which covers your passport details, employment history, visa history, and a few other basics required for the DS-160. All documentation is handled digitally — we accept digital copies only and you never need to post us anything. We will guide you through every step.
We cannot guarantee outcomes. Visa decisions rest entirely with the US consulate. If your visa is refused, we will help you understand the reason and advise on next steps. Our service fee is not refundable in the event of a refusal.

We accept card payments via our secure Stripe payment link. All amounts are in USD. A 3% card processing fee applies to the service fee component. Embassy fees are passed through at cost with no markup.
